PREPARATION OF THIS HEALTHY RECIPE

  1. Boil 1 1/2 cups of water.
  2. Add the whole cumin, coriander, and fennel seeds.
  3. Let steep for 5 minutes, or until it cools to a comfortable drinking temperature.
  4. Strain and serve, discarding the spices.
  5. Drink with every meal for at least two weeks.
